Brutal reality of porn star Orion Starr’s debut Bellator beating
A porn star who suffered a brutal knockout in her professional fight debut has shown off her “gnarly” new look from confronting injuries.
Porn star Orion Starr has been left with a gruesome black eye after her MMA debut defeat to Elise Reed.
The adult film star has vowed to come back stronger after she was stopped in the first round at Bellator 231, The Sun reports.
Starr — who fights under her real name Rebecca Bryggman — has been left bloodied and bruised after her first professional fight.
She entered the octagon with two amateur wins under her belt, but was outclassed by the fellow debutant.
The 25-year-old shared an update of her injuries with her Instagram followers and claimed she will “be back soon”.
Alongside the video, she wrote: “Lost the battle but not the war!
“So proud of myself, you win some you lose some! I’ll be back @Bellatormma.
“Great fight to @Raisingtherufus and I’M HUNGRY FOR MORE FIGHTS TO OVERCOME!!”
Speaking to the camera in the clip, she said: “Thank you Elise Reed for giving me my first black eye, f***ing awesome.
“This s*** is gnarly. Yeah, and I’ll be back at Bellator soon, and I’ll win. I’ll come back stronger, faster and harder.”

Bryggman was given a brutal welcome to the fight game despite coming off the back of two wins as an amateur in the Triton Fights promotion.
Reed, who was also making her professional debut, pinned Bryggman up against the cage late in the opening round and unleashed a flurry of punches off both wings.
Bryggman tried to get her hands up but was helpless to prevent the powerful blows from knocking her around as her face copped a beating.
With 13 seconds left in the round the referee jumped in and stopped the fight to save Bryggman from suffering any further damage.
Elise Reed is coming out strong in round one!
