Cara Delevingne brutally roasted after snubbing F1 icon Martin Brundle
F1 icon Martin Brundle had the last laugh after a celebrity refused to speak to him in cringeworthy scenes at the British GP.
When will celebrities learn it never ends well if you snub Martin Brundle.
The legendary commentator has become an icon of Formula One for his iconic pre-race grid walks, where he ambles up to famous faces for a chat on the track.

It often produces car crash television, as seen when Serena Williams ignored Brundle and triple F1 world champion Jackie Stewart evaded security to grab Roger Federer for a 10-second chat with the man with the microphone.
Now another celebrity has made the ill-advised decision to refuse to speak to Brundle — this time it was Cara Delevingne who was the culprit ahead of the British Grand Prix.
Brundle approached the singer and actor, brushing past a man who told him Delevingne wouldn’t be speaking.
Brundle replied: “She doesn’t want to talk? But that’s the deal now. Everybody talks on the grid.”
He asked Delevingne: “Can we have a quick chat? Sky F1. The deal is everybody has to speak.”
Delevingne responded: “I can’t hear anything. I’m so sorry.”
Brundle cut his losses, roasting Delevingne by muttering: “I’m sure it would have been extremely interesting.”
Let’s just say Delevingne’s refusal to chat to Brundle didn’t go down well with fans, who couldn’t believe someone with the privilege of being on the grid wouldn’t speak to a legendary broadcaster.

Other celebrities including actor Florence Pugh, former One Direction star Liam Payne, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and singer Sam Ryder were more than happy to talk to Brundle before the race.
Thankfully, acting power couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones restored some faith in humanity at last month’s Spanish Grand Prix when they praised Brundle for his commentary in a touching exchange.
Among Brundle’s most recent grid walk controversies was a mortifying clash with rapper Megan Thee Stallion when security and a minder moved into cut the conversation after the American brushed off the questions she was asked.
Brundle followed the inident by saying music artist needs to “learn some manners”.
Many have called for an end to allowing celebrities on gridwalks to ensure that Brundle’s interviews can be all about the F1 — but that would rob fans of the segment that provides more drama than the opening lap of the race.
