Socceroo set to remain in Europe

A Socceroos defender is expected to continue his career in Europe rather than join an A-League club, while a second forward could be leaving Macarthur FC to play abroad.

Missed chances haunt Socceroos in draw

Costly missed chances could come back to haunt the Socceroos, but Saudi Arabia felt equally aggrieved after they were denied an injury-time winner in a dramatic scoreless draw in Melbourne.

Socceroos hope to emulate famous win

Luongo’s Roos’ return shelved

An A-League veteran has a chance to make his Socceroos debut after injuries, including an ankle problem that has sidelined Massimo Luongo, forced changes to Australia’s 26-man squad for games against China and Japan.
