Geelong wants to give Gary Ablett the perfect farewell gift with a premiership in 2020 while Richmond is out to add another chapter to its dynasty in the Grand Final.

The Cats are back in the decider for the first time since 2011 while the Tigers are hunting a third flag in four years.

Channel 7 will broadcast the match live on free-to-air TV. Seven’s Grand Final preview coverage starts at 4:30pm AEDT, before the main event kicks off at 7:30pm.

Bruce McAvaney and Brian Taylor will lead Channel 7’s coverage of the historic night Grand Final, the veteran commentators joined by triple premiership player Luke Hodge and Abbey Holmes.

Fox Footy (channel 504 on Foxtel) will be previewing the big occasion and is showing a replay of the match at 10.30pm AEDT.
