A man, one of four accused of killing their housemate after luring her to a dog park, has pleaded guilty to a charge of murder.

Zachariah Brough, 32, appeared via video link in Perth’s Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday, where he entered the plea over the death of Nardia Spice.

Ms Spice, 40, went missing from the Chiltern Ave home in Brookdale, in Perth’s southeast, which she shared with Mr Brough, his partner Eve Marsh and two others on September 23.

Western Australian Police allege Ms Spice was lured to a dog park in the nearby suburb of Byford, where she was attacked and killed, before her body was taken and buried in bushland at Jarrahdale, more than 20km away.

She was reported missing on October 3, before her body was discovered on October 7.

Ms Marsh, 30, as well as Ziggy Vanags, 24, and Jesse Jones, 26, also faced the same Perth court on Wednesday, charged over the same crime.

They had their matters adjourned until May 10.

Zachariah Brough (L), 32, and his partner Eve Marsh, 30, have both been charged with murder.

Mr Brough appeared separately to enter his plea, and is due to make his first appearance in WA’s Supreme Court on May 29.

In a media conference following police laying charges in October, Detective Sergeant Sam Hazlitt said Ms Spice suffered a “severe head wound” following an “interpersonal conflict” with the accused.

“It will be alleged she has suffered critical injuries as a result of trauma to the head,” said Detective Sergeant Hazlitt.

“That was blunt force trauma … it appears that there was some measure of planning that went into the offence.”

Ms Spice, a mother of six, is believed to have been involved in a relationship with at least one of the accused at the time of her death.
