She has been bailed to appear at the Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on March 1.
Sergeant Andrew Beames of the Banyule CIU said a large number of police had been involved in the long ongoing investigation into the massage parlour.
The investigation was labour intensive, and had been instigated after numerous complaints from people in the community, Sgt Beames said.
During the mid-afternoon sting, police led out two women from the premises, but neither of them have been charged.
Numerous onlookers crowded on the pavement watching as the bust unfolded.
