NBA all-star Chris Paul is flipping his modern Californian farmhouse — with aims of making a very handsome profit.

Paul, who played for the Golden State Warriors in the 2023–24 season, purchased this stunning property with eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms in 2020 for just over $11.1m (A$16.7m).

The Warriors decided not to pick up his contract for the 2024-25 season, so the 39-year-old point guard signed a new one-year, $11m contract with the San Antonio Spurs.
