TYABB VICTIM WAS ‘MY WORLD’, SAYS PARTNER
Those in custody were a 52-year-old man detained in Crib Point today, a 34-year-old arrested at Hastings yesterday and a woman, 35, apprehended at Hastings on Tuesday.
It is believed the 39-year-old’s body may have been buried only hours before it was found at the rural lot on the Mornington Peninsula on Sunday night.
He had not been seen since October 13.
The father of a baby girl, Ariah, Mr Goodwin was remembered by his partner Tash Smith as “the best person”.
“I miss you so much. You are my world. You gave me a beautiful daughter. Our baby has lost the best person a girl needs in her life — her daddy,” she wrote in an online tribute.
“You had so much love to give and that’s all been taken away.”

His body was found near a shed on the property on Dandenong-Hastings Rd, which had been vacant and for sale for some time.
