A paramedic was allegedly assaulted after a man was found dead inside a home. His death is being treated by police as suspicious.
The homicide squad is investigating the suspicious death of a man in Melbourne’s east.
The man was found inside a Simla St property in Mitcham about 5.45pm on Thursday night.
A paramedic was allegedly assaulted by a woman at the address when they arrived on the scene.
Police then arrested the 27-year-old Ashwood woman.
