A young Tasmanian woman whose family hold concerns for her welfare has not been heard from in more than a month – as police seek information that could help them find her.

The family of Chloe Dutchman, 18, have not been able to contact the young woman since early September.

Tasmania Police say Ms Dutchman’s family hold concerns for her welfare.

The 18-year-old is described as being approximately 160cm tall, with dark blonde hair.

Ms Dutchman has a slim build and fair skin.

Those who have seen Chloe, or have any information as to her whereabouts, is asked to contact Tasmania Police on 131 444.
