POLICE are investigating the suspected arson of a home in Herdsmans Cove overnight.

POLICE are investigating the suspected arson of a home in Herdsmans Cove overnight.

Emergency services were called to the Fishers Drive property just after 3.30am today and extinguished the blaze.

The privately owned property, which was unoccupied, incurred about $130,00 damage in the fire.

Fire investigators believe it was arson.

Police are urging anyone with any information about the fire to anonymously contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Constable Brooke Johnson at Bridgewater CIB on 6268 4103.
