A teenage boy has died and another is fighting for his life after a teen driver crashed an allegedly stolen car into a power pole.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Woodstock Rd and Kyeena Dr in Woodstock on the NSW south coast about 6.45am on Sunday following reports of a crash.
Police arrived to find the car, which had been reported stolen from an address in Sussex Inlet just after midnight on Sunday, crashed into a power pole.
The teen driver was treated by paramedics at the scene but was unable to be revived.
A male teenage passenger was flown to Sydney’s Children’s Hospital in Randwick in a critical condition.
Police have launched a search for two other passengers who allegedly fled the scene before police arrived.
A crime scene has been established as police continue their investigations into the crash.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
