Police investigate after McDonald’s workers allegedly threatened with knife
Workers at a McDonald’s in western Sydney were allegedly threatened with a knife by two men with face coverings early this morning.
McDonald’s workers were allegedly threatened at knifepoint early this morning, as two men with face coverings targeted the fast food restaurant in Sydney’s south west.
Police are investigating after two men entered the McDonald’s in Milperra about 1.15am today and allegedly threatened the workers with a knife.
Two men had their faces covered when they entered the restaurant on Milperra Road and allegedly threatened staff, demanding cash, according to NSW Police.
The workers handed over an amount of cash to the men, before the pair allegedly fled the scene.
It’s believed the two men who were involved got into a grey coloured Mazda 3, allegedly stolen, and left the scene.
Police were called and officers arrived and established a crime scene.
No staff or patrons were injured during the alleged robbery.

The restaurant manager of the Milperra McDonald’s declined to comment on the incident when contacted by news.com.au.
