A coroner has ruled that missing fraudster Melissa Caddick is dead, but was unable to determine when and how she died. A 41-year-old man has been arrested for threatening journalist Stan Grant online,15 children had to be rescued from their school bus after it crashed into a ditch in Victoria this morning and Sam Smith has angered fans at a concert in Manchester by walking off stage after just four songs.
