Labor lashes NT govt over travel

NT'S Labor Opposition says it will return integrity to government if it wins next year's election, and says the government has a trust deficit with voters.

THE Northern Territory government is more interested in overseas jaunts than investing in jobs, health, and education, Opposition Leader Michael Gunner says.

MR Gunner delivered his reply to the NT government's $6.3 billion budget on Wednesday, declaring territorians cannot afford an arrogant and untrustworthy Country Liberals government.
