Hilux driver call as NT hit-run boy dies

DARWIN police are intensifying their search for the driver of a vehicle allegedly involved in the fatal hit-and-run of a nine-year-old boy.

POLICE are calling for Toyota Hilux dual cab ute drivers to come forward after the death of a nine-year-old boy in a hit-and-run incident southeast of Darwin.

COMMANDER David Proctor urged the driver involved to come forward as he called for motorists with similar vehicles to contact police so they could be eliminated from the investigation.
