Paris Jackson’s male Cup Day companion named as QLD tradie Tyler Green
THE MAN who was seen getting cosy with Paris Jackson at the Melbourne Cup yesterday has been named as Queensland tradie Tyler Green.
MANY people at Flemington yesterday were wondering who Paris Jackson’s handsome Melbourne Cup date was.
The gent with the long braided hair was seen boarding a helicopter with her to the racecourse from Southbank and wasn’t far from her side the entire day.
The Daily Telegraph has named the man in the pictures as Gold Coast local Tyler Green.
When approached by Sydney Confidential at the races yesterday, 25-year-old Green said he “used to model” but now works as a “tradie”.
“There’s only eCommerce work on the Gold Coast as a model and that’s not really my thing,” he said.
Green was reportedly engaged to French model Margarita Gauchet, but ended it in 2012.
His sister Jessica Green is also a model with almost 300,000 followers on Instagram.
Jackson, 19, who was reportedly paid $100,000 to attend the Cup, spent most of her day in the Myer marquee in a cordoned off area accompanied by Green, her manager Tom Hamilton and a blonde female friend, who is an LA stylist.
The group sipped on wine before moving on to White Russians.
At one point Jackson was overheard telling her posse she hates wearing make-up.
Before the day was over she had scrubbed the carefully applied make-up from her face, removed her crystal Ann Shoebridge headpiece and tied her hair up in a messy bun (using a hair tie supplied by Green).
Jackson was also photographed wearing Green’s necktie later in the day.
Despite the pair looking cosy all day and international publications such as US Weekly speculating that they are more than just friends, sources say there is nothing romantic going on between the two.
It’s unclear how Jackson and Green met, but Green has spent time in the US and attended the Burning Man Festival and it’s possible they met there.
Jackson split with boyfriend Michael Snoddy after less than a year of dating in February this year.
This morning Jackson lashed out on Twitter at Melbourne newspaper The Herald Sun for printing a headline that referred to her as Wacko Jacko 2.0.
