This is the desperate moment a bold biker pulls up next to his ex-girlfriend’s wedding car and begs her not to get married.

The bizarre incident took place in the city of Medellin, in northwestern Colombia, with the man trying to interrupt his former partner’s big day, The Sun reported.

In the video, the biker, still wearing his helmet, speaks to the bride-to-be as she sits in her wedding dress in an antique car.

He gets down on his knees reportedly begging her not to get married while trying to kiss her at one point.

However, it seems his “grand gesture” didn’t go down well, as the bride, who was on her way to church, shoves him away.

Onlookers can be heard saying “don’t get married” and others shout “kiss, kiss”.

However, local media report the bride left the scene in the car, stranding the heartbroken biker.

Many have commented on the video online.

“He lost his opportunity when he was with her, now let her marry in peace, sh*t,” one man said.

“What a humiliating situation, ridiculous, nobody is forcing anybody to marry, whoever is getting married does it because they want to,” added another.

“It is nothing about confusion, everybody is responsible for their choices in life, the woman decided to get married, and this guy is humiliating a woman who does not love him anymore,” a third commented.

Neither the bride nor the biker have been identified in reports.

It’s not the first time a jealous ex-partner has tried to stop their former lover from tying the knot.

Earlier this year, a woman gatecrashed her ex-boyfriend’s wedding while wearing an elaborate bridal gown.

The new bride and groom were about to kiss on stage when the debacle unfolded.

As the groom tried to console his stunned bride, it all got a bit too much and his ex’s hysterical behaviour prompted the real bride to storm off the stage in anger.

The groom went after his wife, leaving his ex crying.

The ceremony reportedly took place in China.
