The star has been married to her AFL star husband since 2010, crediting this trick with helping them get “back on” track when needed.

Bec Judd reveals what song she plays when she’s mad at her husband

This year Bec and Chris Judd celebrate their 10th anniversary — a pretty big milestone when it comes to celebrity romances.

According to Bec, there’s a trick she uses to keep their relationship on track and it involves facing the music — well, sort of.

Speaking on her KIIS FM show the 3pm Pick Up yesterday the WAG revealed that she was a fan of romantic power ballads, with Martika’s Love … Thy Will Be Done one of her favourites.

“I have a romance Spotify list, and that’s on there,” she told co-host Monty Dimond.

Bec explained that whenever she needed a little boost in the romance department she listened to it and soon felt the spark again.

“If I’m ever feeling not in love with my husband, I put that song on and then bang, we’re back on,” she said.

We can’t blame her — Martika’s song is peak 90s power ballad, give it a listen here if you haven’t heard because it will give you literal goosebumps.

Bec and Chris are one of AFL’s most famous couples and met in Perth in 2002 while the sports star was playing for the West Coast Eagles ands she was modelling.

Speaking on the 3pm Pick Up last month Bec said the pair had been on-and-off for the first 18 months as neither “of us could actually tell each other what we were really thinking”.

She said the pair had been “hooking up for a little bit” when Chris decided to invite his ex-girlfriend to go to an event with him.

“He had this event to go to and I wasn’t really expecting to be invited to that event because we’d only just got together. But I wasn’t expecting him to invite his ex-girlfriend instead of me,” she said.

But the couple managed to work things out and made their public debut a year later on the Brownlow Medal red carpet where Bec made headlines for her now iconic red dress.

The pair married in a New Year’s Eve ceremony in 2010 and have since gone on to have four children together; nine-year-old son Oscar, six-year-old Billie and three-year-old twin sons Darcy and Tom.

Chris retired from AFL 2015 while Bec’s career has skyrocketed with the mum juggling her radio hosting, travel show, activewear line Jaggad and a slew of other gigs.

As her career had taken off Bec said there had initially been a perception that she had “ridden on (her husband’s) coat-tails” but fortunately that wasn’t the case anymore.

“Now there has been a distance and he’s not playing anymore. I’ve done far more now so I think I’m respected in my own right as a career woman but definitely while he was still playing. For years it was always associated with him,” she said in 2017.

But she admitted she had received “a lot of opportunities” from her status as a WAG.

“But, I’m not denying that I didn’t get a lot of opportunities because of how amazing he was as a football player,” she said.
