‘Unfortunate sex mishap’ on first date leaves woman traumatised

An Aussie adult entertainer has detailed the aftermath after she suffered an “unfortunate sex mishap” on a first date that put her in hospital.

This controversial sex act is on the decline

The Gold Coast woman who was hospitalised after a suffering an “unfortunate sex mishap” on a first date has opened up about her ordeal.

Popular porn star Alicia Davis, 32, spent two days with an anal plug stuck inside her body before finally undergoing surgery to remove it in June.

She had been getting frisky with a man she had “hit it off with” when Ms Davis said “all of a sudden it felt like it had fallen out of me”.

Ms Davis, who described herself as an “experienced” user of the bedroom item, said that after multiple failed attempts to remove the plug herself, she went to hospital where doctors confirmed its location with an X-ray.

Seeing the funny side, she later shared her plight in a video that quickly went viral.

But now she’s revealed what happened between her and her date after their bedroom antics took an unexpected turn.

“In the days following the incident we did remain in contact, but for reasons not related to the toy mishap we decided we were not compatible on a level that would warrant continuing seeing each other further,” she told news.com.au.

“It was a funny first date experience for us both but it wasn’t ever going to go any further.”

Ms Davis ended up in hospital after a sex toy they were using “disappeared” during sexual activity.

What ensured was a two-day stint before doctors could remove the item, a situation she now says has left her more cautious in the bedroom.

“My recovery was fine, I had no lasting health implications following the incident, only a mental reminder that these freak accidents can occur,” she explained.

“Whilst I still use the same toys on occasion, I’m definitely more wary and will be for the rest of my life.”

At the time, Ms Davis decided to share her experience on social media, resulting in lots of attention which she said wasn’t all good.

“As the internet goes, there’s always going to be people that hate, people that say I’m so ‘stretched out’ it just fell in,” she laughed.

“But honestly these people make more of a mockery of themselves than they do me. They obviously have little knowledge on how the body works and how common this actually is.

“But you can’t explain common sense to an idiot.

“The staff at the hospital told me of the thousands of cases like mine, mine was the ‘most normal’.

“They have people coming in with the most insane things stuck in there like a set of Russian dolls and apple cores. Mine was a toy that was made for this purpose. It just went a little wrong.”

She also added, that a lot of the negativity came from the fact she works in the sex industry, a stigma unfortunately faced by may adult entertainers.

“Whilst my direct audience is a very positive community, people in the sex industry like myself are always at the forefront of negativity,” she explained.

“Any chance sad people on the internet can get, they’ll take it. I couldn’t care less what they say. It reflects far more on them than it does me.”

Ms Davis added that her X-rated job can also affect her dating life, but she stressed that she finds this “a positive rather than a negative”.

“It cuts out so many people who are not the right fit for me,” the adult star said.

“I am very independent and I really enjoy my own time. I am happy being single, I really don’t care for dating, when the right person fits into my life and I fit into theirs perfectly it will happen.”

She added that the “most difficult thing” she finds as a sex worker who is also dating is that some men “think they can handle it but they can’t”.

“They come into it knowing what I do and try to convince themselves and me that they are secure enough, but with time the truth comes out, and they can’t,” Ms Davis told news.com.au, adding she earns “five times more than I did when working in the emergency services field”.

She said as a result, men often “demand to make changes to my business and life” while trying to reap the rewards of her job.

“I’ve dated before the success I have today and I can tell you people’s intentions are far worse now,” she continued.

“That’s just unfortunately the way it is. More so than the average person. And if you are successful, those will understand exactly what I mean.”
