Gold Coast woman hospitalised after ‘sex mishap’ on first date
An Aussie adult entertainer has detailed the “unfortunate sex mishap” she had on a first date which landed her in hospital.
A woman has shared the “unfortunate sex mishap” she had on a first date which landed her in hospital.
Alicia Davis, a popular porn star from the Gold Coast, said she ended up in bed with a man after “hitting it off” during their date.
But their fun was short-lived after a sex toy they were using “disappeared”, resulting in the 32-year-old being admitted to hospital, later undergoing emergency surgery.
She’s since issued a warning to others, stating she had “no idea” how much trouble she could find herself in simply by using the popular adult product.
“We decided to use an anal plug during sex, when all of a sudden it felt like it had fallen out of me,” she told news.com.au.
“So we stopped, and I put my hand down there to discover that it was gone.
“We started pulling the doona and the pillows off the bed, looking underneath the bed for it… but it was no where to be found.”
Ms Davis, who described herself as an “experienced” user of the bedroom item due to her adult profession, said after giving herself an internal examination she realised it was infact inside her body.
After multiple failed attempts to remove the plug herself, she decided to head into hospital, where doctors performed an X-ray and confirmed its location.
“At the hospital, I had two people try and get it out – but they couldn’t,” Ms Davis detailed.
“The nurses told me I would need to be put to sleep for surgery, so my body would be relaxed enough for them to remove it.
“They said it should only take five minutes to complete, however the hospital ended up being so busy that I wasn’t able to have the surgery straight away, so I waited in a hospital bed for two whole days with it lost inside of me.”
Although usually not life-threatening, Rectal Foreign Body removal can still have complications following migration of the object or bowel perforation, studies show.
During her agonising two-day wait, Ms Davis documented parts of her time in hospital, even sharing her plight on TikTok.
“I wasn’t in pain, and it didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything, it just felt like I kind of needed to go to the toilet, but I couldn’t,” she shared.
“I didn’t have the feeling of wanting to go at all, but this could have also been out of fear.”
Thankfully, the item was successfully removed, with Ms Davis revealing doctors even asked her if she wanted to “keep” it post-surgery.
“I said to ‘throw it out as I have plenty more at home’.
“They liked that. Their relaxed attitudes made the ordeal much more bearable for me.”
However, the unfortunate bedroom incident has had a lasting effect on her sex-life, with the popular influencer stating it took her “months” to experiment with toys again.
“I used one for the first time since the surgery just the other day, and I was terrified,” Ms Davis admitted.
“I’m much more careful these days.”
She’s since shared a warning on social media with followers, leaving some squeamish fans in shock.
“Too much info,” one declared.
“They say sharing is caring, but this is a lot,” another scoffed.
