Influencer Bella Varelis asks dad to fund shopping spree after being scammed by Italian ATM machine

Bella Varelis’ dad swooped in after the star’s plan to splash her hard-earned cash on some designer goods were foiled by a dodgy ATM machine.

An influencer has revealed her dad came to the rescue with a generous handout after her luxury shopping spree was spoiled by a dodgy ATM machine.

Former Bachelor contestant Bella Varelis, 27, has been holidaying in Italy, and told her Instagram followers she saved “so much” money ahead of the trip so she could afford to treat herself.

Her plan to hit the shops on Tuesday were nearly ruined however after she fell victim to a cruel ATM scam.

“I saved up so much before I left so I could spoil myself with something special on the trip and then I got scammed the other day and ended up feeling pretty disheartened,” she wrote in a story post.

The star wasn’t downtrodden for long though, revealing her dad swiftly swooped in and put her spending spree back on track.

“Dad ended up coming to the rescue so I decided to still spoil myself and today is the day,” she told her followers.

She updated her audience with “some of the options” she had during her splurge.

In one photo, she showed herself holding a cream leather Dior purse and a pair of Dior slides.

In another, she held a large rectangular Dior bag in the colours white and grey.

She dressed the part, donning a denim skirt and loose-fitting light green button up blouse.

Her exploits appeared to have been fruitful, with a series of subsequent posts showing designer branded packaging, presumably containing her picks of the day.

One post showed a shop attendant tying a bow on the top of a large Dior box, and another captured Varelis on a sidewalk carrying a Dior and Louis Vuitton shopping bag.
