A MOTORCYCLIST has saved a kitten’s life after it fell from a moving car in a busy intersection.

The footage was captured on a GoPro and sees the ginger kitten fall out of a moving red car.

At one point all hope seems lost as a truck drives over the kitten but somehow he manages to survive.

The motorcyclist said she was certain that the cat fell from the car and was not thrown.

She goes by the name Your_brain_on_pizza on Reddit and has nicknamed the kitten Skidmark, or “Skids” for short.

She said the car that Skids fell out of had a corporate logo on it and she had been in contact to see if anyone was missing a cat.

“Mostly I just wanted them to know he’s alive, in case there is some kid somewhere crying over this,” she wrote. “It’s the phone call of ‘we want our cat back’ that I dread.”

The Reddit user has already posted an update on Skids, who seems to be fitting in at home quite nicely.
