Liz Hurley has gone to extreme lengths to hide her son’s underage drinking
LET’S just say this photographer’s Photoshop skills are not up to scratch.
PHOTOS would suggest that Liz Hurley’s 14-year-old son Damian was holding something that he shouldn’t be while attending a recent society wedding.
Pictures of the mother-son duo appeared in Hello! magazine — and people have been quick to point out that some dodgy Photoshopping is at play.
While we certainly don’t condone underage drinking — Damian would not be the first teenager to enjoy a glass of bubbly at a function. He may, however, be the first to have had such crude (and poorly executed) attempts made to try and cover it up.

In the image above, Damian can be seen standing next to his 51-year-old mum — and while Liz openly has a champagne glass in hand, Damian’s hand is in a very similar position … but awkwardly empty.
Some have also noted that the area around the hand is oddly blurry — as is the shape of his hand. The verdict? Someone has tried to photoshop out all signs of underage drinking.
Liz Hurley and her son, 14, in Hello. My cat could've photoshopped the drink out of his hand better than that pic.twitter.com/Pth2XBcbTX

In another (even better) photo, photoshoppers seem to have gone one step further. They’ve not only removed a glass … they’ve replaced it with a half-eaten piece of bread.
You’ve got to give whoever did this points for (attempted) realism …

While it may be illegal — both in Australia and the UK — for those under 18 to consume alcohol in bars and pubs, and it’s definitely not a notion supported by health professionals, nobody is going to be penalised for letting a teen consume alcohol at a wedding or private event.
Maybe Liz was trying to protect her profile. Perhaps the bride and groom Tania Bryer and Rod Barker wanted to uphold their reputation. Or maybe they didn’t want word getting back to Damian’s £37,000-a-year ($64,000) boarding school … whatever the reason, it all just seems a little unnecessary.
