Jesinta Franklin shares relatable pregnancy moment on night out
As she prepared for a night out with her husband, Jesinta Franklin faced a problem that’s oh-so-relatable to other mums-to-be.
It’s a dilemma most of us can relate to; to wear the comfy undies or not to wear the comfy undies?
That’s the problem Jesinta Franklin, who is expecting her first child, faced last night as she prepared for an evening out with her husband, AFL star Lance “Buddy” Franklin.
The 28-year-old model had picked out a stylish Dion Lee dress to wear only to discover the design didn’t quite accommodate her underwear of choice.
Jesinta shared a video to her Instagram story of the wardrobe mishap, writing: “Well it looks like the comfy undies won’t be coming out tonight #Damn #It.”

Last month, Jesinta announced she and Buddy were expecting their first child together, revealing their journey to parenthood had been “challenging”.
“My husband and I are so incredibly excited and overjoyed to announce that we have a baby on the way,” Jesinta wrote on her lifestyle app, JESINTA.
“The journey to get here hasn’t been easy and this little life is the greatest gift and we feel truly blessed and grateful that we will have a little angel of our own.
“We have both dreamt of this for a long time and while the 2.5 years have been physically and emotionally challenging, there’s nothing we would change as its brought us to this beautiful moment.”
She added: “The immense love we already have for our baby is indescribable and we can’t wait to meet our little miracle.”
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph last month, Jesinta said the first trimester of her pregnancy had felt “like the worst hangover times 1000 for 12 weeks straight”.

“It’s been awful. I haven’t been able to do anything, even just going down to the shops … I haven’t done any grocery shopping. For the first time in our marriage the fridge and pantry are empty,” she said.
Since they married in 2016 in a top-secret Blue Mountains ceremony, Buddy and Jesinta had been tight-lipped about their baby plans.
Jesinta previously told Marie Claire that she knew Buddy would make a “beautiful” father when they do decide to have children.
The couple began dating in 2012, with Buddy proposing to Jesinta in December 2014.
A former Miss Universe Australia, Jesinta is one of the country’s top models and is an ambassador for the likes of Olay and Moet & Chandon.
