'Have I been living under a rock?' Fans stumped by detail in Bunnings logo

One person said: "I’ve been a tradie for 30 years and have been to Bunnings thousands of times, and I’ve never noticed this."

Aussies have been left surprised after discovering a hidden detail in the iconic Bunnings logo.

The detail, which had gone unnoticed by most people, was recently pointed out by a Twitter user.

Many fans took to social media to express their disbelief at having missed this detail for so long.

Hidden 'houses' in the logo

The iconic logo, features the words 'Bunnings Warehouse', on a dark green square, with the word "Warehouse" surrounded by a red rectangular box. 

But at the top of the rectangle, three triangles 'fill in the space' in the letters above. 

Some eagle-eyed fans have pointed out that these triangles are actually houses.

"Am I the only person that didn't realise there are three houses in the Bunnings logo?" Twitter user @LegicyDesigns pointed out.

Another added: "Does anyone else see houses in the Bunnings logo? Or am I seeing things?"

Some argue that it's actually the roof of the warehouse

But others suggested that the red triangles are actually the roof of the warehouse (the warehouse being the red box) rather than individual houses.

Despite people's varying opinions, it's safe to say that no one ever noticed this detail at all until now.

"OMG, have I been living under a rock for the last 30 years? How did I not see this before? My mind is blown. Time to get myself over to the sausage sizzle to recuperate," one fan joked. 

Another commented: "I’ve been a tradie for 30 years and have been to Bunnings thousands of times, and I’ve never noticed this."

A different user wrote: "Never noticed it, but now it’s all I can see. I can’t believe I missed that, seriously. Been coming to Bunnings for years and years."

Then this man agreed, saying, "You’re right, there are houses there for sure - can’t bloody believe it. How did I miss that?"
