Woolworths worker shares new product you need to try, $3 cheese croissant
A staffer, who has garnered huge TikTok fame for his Woolies recommendations, has shared the latest delicious “product you need to try”.
He is the Woolworths staffer who became an instant hit last year after sharing several hilarious videos of working at the Aussie supermarket.
The TikTok user Liam, who goes by the name of ashe_media on the social media platform, first gained popularity after posting on a clip on a $4 “must-try” dessert – and he is at it again, this time sharing a new “must-try” item that has since racked up thousands of views.
“For $3 in the bakery section you can get ham and cheese croissants which are perfect for these quick, easy, tasty breakfast meals,” Liam says in the clip.

“They cook in 30 seconds in your microwave.”
After sharing footage of himself heating up the snack, it then cuts to him salivating over the soft, warm dish while taking a bite.
“That’s why I pick Woolies,” he said, with a satisfied look on his face.
His video quickly caught the attention of fellow Woolies fans who agreed the item is “truly the best”.
“I work at Woolies and this is my go-to meal for my breaks,” one user wrote.

“They’re the best croissants,” another person said
“Imma buy that tomorrow,” a third person added, while a fourth wrote explained how the bakery section is “so underrated”.
“They’re truly the best for sure! Bakers section (is) underrated.”
It’s unknown which Woolies store Liam works at, but he has managed to gain plenty of attention for his random videos – such as mimicking the Big Brother show’s voiceover to warn customers the store will be closing soon.

More recently, the staffer took to the streets of his hometown to ask fellow Aussies which supermarket they prefer.
When they gave him an answer other than Woolies, the larrikin hilariously shut them down.
It’s safe to say the young man truly loves his job, and while some may be wondering if he is getting paid, Liam clarified in a separate video that it was “not sponsored content”.

With that said, his legion of fans believe he needs a “pay rise”.
“Why have they not made you the face of Woolies yet,” one follower asked.
“Honestly you are the best ambassador for Woolies. They need to pay your for marketing as well,” added another.
