A mum has stunned the internet after showing off her massive pregnancy bump that is almost impossible to notice from behind.

Fitness coach Maria is pregnant with twins, and revealed in a recent viral video that a lot of people can’t tell she’s pregnant when they stand behind her.

In the cheeky video, the mum claims her belly is the perfect way to keep men from flirting with her while she’s working out, Kidspot reports.

She posted about her experiences at the gym.

‘That’s one way to get rid of them’

When blokes try to chat her up, Maria would just turn around and leave them shocked by her humungous bump.

“That’s one way to get rid of them,” she joked in the video’s caption.

Maria has been active at the gym throughout her most recent pregnancy, and said anyone telling pregnant women they shouldn’t be working out was wrong.

“If you’ve been lifting weights for a year, two years, whatever, you can continue doing so,” she said. “Just adjust the weights a little bit.”

The Sun reports Marie recently admitted that she “still couldn’t believe” she was having twins - even at her baby shower.

‘I would never have guessed’

But while some are wondering whether it will be girls, boys - or a combination of the two - many couldn’t get over the huge size of the bump.

One person was totally gobsmacked, writing: “Nothing on planet earth could have prepared me for that.

“Wow you carry so well, all the best to you and family.”

“Now I would NEVER have guessed,” another confessed.

“Holy guacamole. go girl,” a fan chimed in.

“Best of luck for when it happens,” another social media user wished the family.
