The 35-year-old underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2020, when her weight rose to 108kg.

She made the decision to go under the knife after struggling to overcome binge eating.

On the beach, Hayes oozed confidence, opting for a plunging white swimsuit with pearl detail.

Her bottoms were low-cut, displaying her surgery scar under her belly button.

It comes after Hayes was praised for showing off her “real” body in a series of unedited bikini photos.

One photo saw her holding in her stomach while sitting upright, while in another, she proudly displayed her curves.

“Don’t allow someone’s edited snapshot they share on their socials to ruin your reality,” she captioned the pictures.

“Back to school/work/uni tomorrow so I didn’t spend my day scrolling thinking someone else’s body is better than mine, someone else’s house is bigger than mine, someone else’s garden is posher than mine. I just enjoyed the day.

“Hopefully this will help mix up your feed with a bit of realness!!”

Hayes rose to fame thanks to the iconic reality series in 2007, when she was just 19 years old.

The mum-of-two told OK! magazine earlier this year her extreme weight gain in the years following her stint on Big Brother UK ruined her life, with her confidence so low at one point she refused to leave the house.

“I’m 95kg now and a dress size 6-8. Last summer, I was around 60kg and before having the sleeve fitted, I was a size 22 and 108kg,” Hayes said.

“I’ve actually been really stressed with university deadlines and the children’s schedules with schools and their dads and I think that’s caused the weight loss.

“It means I’ve got more loose skin, so while I still feel a million times better than I did when I was unhealthy, I’m now thinking, ‘Maybe I wan to do something about this’, so I’m considering a tummy tuck.”

Hayes said she was also considering a breast lift because her bust had been “disfigured” following the weight loss.

“It’s not even that they’re saggy, it’s actually a bit of disfigurement – the implants I had done in 2010 went under my muscle and my breast tissue is now under my ribs, so it’s like there are four separate breasts,” she said.

“I’d have my implants removed or perhaps switched to smaller ones.”
