People couldn’t believe their eyes when fitness guru Tiffiny Hall posted a photo of her mum Jeanette, with people saying they looked more like sisters.

Fitness star Tiffiny Hall is known for taekwondo skills and having an incredible six-pack – and it looks like she has her mum to thank for both those things.

Tiffiny this week posted a photo with her and her mum Jeanette Hall in honour of Mother's Day, praising the 64-year-old for being “my mum and fitspo”.

But fans couldn't get over Jeanette’s age-defying appearance, as well as the fact she was rocking a six pack to rival her 35-year-old daughter's.

The mum and daughter duo were both clad in sports bras and leggings and could have easily passed for sisters.

“Oh my gosh! I hope I’m that hot when I’m older! Actually, I wish I was that hot now,” one person wrote.

“Wow she could be your sister. Those arms,” another added.

“Your mum is the hottest 64-year-old in the world,” one person commented, while another added: “She does not look 64 more like 44.”

Like Tiffiny Jeanette has been a longtime fitness and taekwondo instructor.

In a 2018 Now To Love interview Tiffiny, who runs online fitness program TIFFXO, praised her mother's dedication.

“My mum is amazing. She's been a fitness and taekwondo instructor all her life,” Tiffiny said.

“She is the reason that I am where I am today; she taught me taekwondo; she got me to Black Belt – and not only Black Belt, but my 6th Dan Black Belt, which is one of the highest ranks of martial arts in the world.”

Jeanette still exercises everyday and will workout with Tiffiny.

“We train together. It’s really simple – Mum does my fitness program TIFFXO commit and it’s based on mixed martial arts/taekwondo training system,” Tiffiny said.

“Like me, she’s been doing taekwondo her whole life. This kind of training program you can do in 20 minutes and, based on a lifetime of experience, it's great for fast weight loss and toning up.”

Last September Tiffiny revealed her mum had undergone knee replacement surgery but was on the mend.

“My mum recently had a knee replacement,” Tiffiny wrote on Instagram at the time.

“For someone who loves to be active, it’s been pretty crappy for her. But, as you know, she’s a trooper and is getting stronger every day.”
