A stunning bikini selfie shared by Jennifer Lopez has sparked a viral trend, inspiring women around the world to show off their bodies.
Lopez, 51, stunned fans after posting a snap of herself posing in a white bikini with her 115 million followers on Instagram two weeks ago.
The Hustler’s star and mum-of-two, known for her incredible physique, captioned the stunning pic: “Relaxed and recharged”.
Since posting, the photo has racked up more than eight million likes, as people everywhere praised J-Lo’s sensational figure, The Sun reports.
The singer has also since started a viral trend called the #jlochallenge, where mums have been flaunting their figures.
Sharing snaps across Instagram and Twitter, women from new mums to grandmas have been stripping off, claiming if J-Lo can do it they can too.

Another praised the singer, saying: “I couldn’t let you do this alone! Here’s to being in our 50s and beautiful, no matter what our bodies have been through!”
While another woman posted: “If Jlo can do it at 50, I can do it at 61!”
Another mum said: “I saw an article about the #jlochallenge and affirming feminine beauty after motherhood appeals to me.
“I am now 50 … and not ashamed to show my body. For me, fitness is a choice, to fight depression and anxiety.”
One Instagram user proudly shared: “Well if @JLo can do it, I can too! Here’s to being in our 50s and being a proud mother of two!!! #JLoChallenge.”
