Jada Pinkett Smith’s mum Adrienne stuns Instagram followers with ripped body selfie
Jada Pinkett Smith’s mum has left Instagram followers stunned after she shared a post showing off her incredible physique.
“No way you’re 67!”
Jada Pinkett Smith’s mum has left fans in disbelief after they caught a glimpse of the grandmother’s ripped rig in an Instagram post.
Adrienne Norris, 67, who is a host on her daughter’s Red Talk Table series, shared a video of her handstand skills on Tuesday, but it was her “impressive” abs that stole the show.
“Come on’ abs! Gammy with the Abs,” one fan wrote.
“All I can see is abs,” a second person commented, while a third said, “Yes!! I seen those abs poppin!!!”
The clip shows Norris in black sports tights and a loose blue T-shirt as she does a headstand against the wall.

“You want to start from a nice, easy place here, you never want to jump or do something out of control when you’re going upside down in yoga or anything else,” she explains in the video, teaching her fans how to do a core-tightening headstand.
She then moves into “a nice, easy downward dog, fingers spread nice and wide,” before concluding the video with her legs against the wall.
While it’s not often Norris shares snaps of her fit physique, when she does, it almost always sends fans wild.
Just like this snap from July last year, during the peak of the pandemic, which shows off her impressive six-pack.
“Trying to motivate myself to get back in the gym. A good look in the mirror always does the trick! Elliptical here I come,” she captioned the image.
It immediately attracted thousands of comments from fans describing her body as “goals”.
“Get back to the gym? Gurl, you are the gym! U got abs abs! Thanks for the motivation,” one woman wrote.
“This is going to be me when I’m 67,” said another.
“Body is on point,” added a third.

So, what’s her secret to staying so fit?
Normally, the Baltimore-born former nurse works out with a trainer, but because of the pandemic, she has been bound to home workouts.
She often uses a core-carving ab wheel, resistance bands, elliptical machine and is also known to lift weights.
She also stays active with roller skating and a type of swing dancing called Chicago-style step.
Norris, who gave birth to Pinkett-Smith when she was 18, recently opened up about struggling with a heroin addiction and being sober for 29 years.
In an interview with the New York Times, she said that working out is part of her “get better plan,” and that the gym helps her maintain her sobriety.
