Fitness star’s ‘unreal’ six-pack transformation shocks fans

Tammy Hembrow is known for her trademark booty, but she’s left her followers floored after showing off her sculpted abs.

She’s Australia’s biggest fitness influencer – and now Tammy Hembrow is showing followers exactly how she earned the top spot.

The 27-year-old, who runs her own fitness app, shared a series of bathroom selfies flaunting her fit figure.

But while Tammy is known for her impressive booty transformation, fans noticed another area of her body was also incredibly sculpted in her white crop top and bike shorts – her abs.

Fans were stunned by the mum-of-two’s “insane” six pack, leaving streams of comments about her physique.

“The abs on you,” one wrote.

“Good lord your abs are insane,” another said.

While one said: “Damn that’s a 12-pack.”

Others left flame emojis and some described the photos as “fitspo”.

Recently Tammy detailed her booty transformation with her 13 million followers, shared how she had transformed her figure by eating “in abundance” and lifting weights with jaw-dropping results.

The Gold Coast social media star shared a before and after shot of her backside with followers that showed the drastic change to her figure.

“In these photos, on the left I was working out a little, I was restricting my calories HUGELY, lots of cardio, I wasn’t being healthy, I didn’t really know what I was doing,” she said of the first photo in July.

“To the right which was today, I train consistently and effectively, I do mostly weights. I eat SOOO MUCH beautiful healthy food in abundance (while still having treats/indulging when I want).”

Tammy said the transformation, which also came after she had her two children Wolf and Saskia, had taken years of “consistent hard work” that had been very rewarding.

“The place I am in now not just physically but mentally is just incredible. I went from being lost to being completely in love with life!” she wrote.

Tammy ended her post, which was to promote her Tammy Hembrow Fitness app’s 8 Week Tone & Shred Challenge, by saying that it was “never too late to start”.
