Fitness star’s ‘awesome’ bikini snap after second child

One of Australia’s best-known fitness gurus is being praised for her incredible physique after posting a bikini snap on social media.

One of the best-known faces in Australian fitness has shared a bikini snap, with many followers labelling her efforts as “incredible” and “awesome”.

Tiffiny Hall, who is a fitness professional and mother-of-two, took to Instagram wearing a green and blue bikini.

She asked what everyone’s goals were for 2024, but many couldn’t help but comment on Tiff’s own physique.

“Tiff, you are a bounce forward warrior! You are so inspiring … I will try to focus on will power and consistency,” one social media user said.

Another added: “If I looked like you I would have a good feeling about 2024. You have done so well after having a baby – fantastic.”

“Well done Tiffany you look awesome but you certainly put in the work. Bravo and congratulations,” another said.

“Look at those abs slow and steady wins the race,” another fan posted.

Fellow former Biggest Loser coach Libby Babet commented: “Yesssss, 2024 bringing the vibes!”

In 2022, Tiff broke down in tears as she described the “pressure” she was feeling after giving birth, saying: “It’s not easy”.

The fitness expert welcomed daughter Vada, her second child with husband Ed Kavalee, in 2022. She’s also mum to son Arnold, six.

In an emotional video posted, the 39-year-old described looking at her “new body” and finding it difficult to accept that it will “take time” to recover.

“It’s not easy. I stand in front of my mirror, looking at my new body with my big bump, Vada’s house, and it’s really hard to accept that it’s going to take time,” she said at the time.

As tears began to fall, Tiff explained she was feeling “super emotional” but recognised “healing takes time”.

“It depends what birth you had too,” she added.

“I’ve got a few stitches and stuff going on and it’s all a bit painful. But she’s absolutely beautiful. She’s worth it.”

Tiff – a former Biggest Loser coach – also shared a powerful video of her post-partum body with her 233,000 followers, along with the hashtag “#bounceforward”.

Tiff coined the term “bounce forward” after having son Arnold in 2017 to help raise awareness of the social pressures put on mums to “bounce back” after giving birth.
