Fiona Falkiner shows off her bikini body while holidaying in Queensland
The former Biggest Loser star has been flaunting her “killer” bikini body during a winter getaway to Queensland — and fans love it.
Fiona Falkiner is well and truly embracing her time in Queensland.
The former Biggest Loser star, who is currently holidaying in sunny Palm Cove with fiancee Hayley Willis, has been flaunting her incredible curves in a string of bikini snaps.
Yesterday the 36-year-old uploaded a photo of herself rocking a red, floral-patterned bikini as she posed alongside Willis and a girlfriend at their resort pool.
“Every body is a bikini body!” Fiona captioned the post, with the hashtags #sisters #fiance #vacay
It paved the way for a flood of positive messages from her nearly 100,000 Instagram followers.
“This photo and caption. Perfect,” one person commented.
“You have a great bikini body,” said another woman while adding a “fire” emoji.
“You are Really Beautiful Fiona it’s perfect like the Background!”
It’s one of many snaps Fiona has flaunted while on her mini getaway.
In another holiday snap at The Sebel Reef House and Spa Palm Cove, the body positive ambassador is wearing a black and white bikini as she gets out of the pool surrounded by lush greenery — or as she describes it “a little bit of paradise”.
“Pure paradise there. Looking fab gal,” one follower commented.
“Loving that bikini on you!” added another.
Fiona also continues to be praised over her honesty when it comes to opening up about her body battles.
In one of her latest news.com.au columns, in which she reveals life “got a bit dire” after appearing on the The Biggest Loser, many thanked her for being so brave and vulnerable.
“God I can relate so much to this weeks column!” one woman commented on an Instagram post where she spoke about body positivity.
“You just exude happiness now,” another fan added.
Fiona said she got asked a lot about self-confidence — how do you get it and how you change the way you feel about yourself?
“Some of the things that helped me over the years is to practice positive affirmations and actively try to change the negative thoughts in my head into positive ones,” she explained in her post.
“But the honest truth is there is no magic button, there are no quick fixes and there are days when I really struggle to stay positive and confident.
“I am human after all and some days are good days some are bad and so many factors can impact on the way I feel about myself and my body.”
In 2006, Fiona lost 30kg on Biggest Loser, but following major success on the show, she found herself spiralling into a deep depression.
She’s since transformed her mindset and embraced her body, regularly sharing confident photos of herself in a bikini.
