A female bodybuilder who gets trolled for her physique has said she doesn’t care because she can dead lift up to 159 kilograms.

Sarah Herse, a professional bodybuilder and Crossfit trainer, shares videos of her health journey with her 390,000 TikTok followers, The Sun reports.

In a video about building arm strength, she addressed the trolls who attacked her body.

“My arms don’t always look like this, just when I’m lean (so back off trolls),” she wrote.

Another person went to the lengths of comparing the bodybuilder to her boyfriend.

“Sorry, but if my arms are ever bigger than my boyfriend’s, slit my throat,” they commented.

The couple took the comment lightheartedly, however, and compared their biceps by measuring them.

She revealed that her boyfriend’s bicep was 36cm and her own was 27.9cm.

She mimicked wiping sweat from her forehead and whewing a sigh of relief, but it was clear that the couple don’t care.

Another troll thought that she was incapable of safely lifting heavy.

“Enjoy the hernia!” they said.

She replied to the comment by posting a video of a personal lifting record of 159 kilograms.

“Just discovered the reply to comment with video function! And hit a PR! What a great day!” she said.

Her followers took to the comments to shower her with praise and support.

“I repair hernias every week, I watched this many times. Your form is perfect and you go slow enough for your muscles to engage fully, you got no worries,” reassured one user.

“Literally only clowns that have never lifted heavy say that,” wrote another.
