Lauren Sanchez shares raw footage of her gruelling gym routine

Former mistress and bride-to-be Lauren Sanchez has given a glimpse into her life in some very raw and confronting footage.

Media personality Lauren Sanchez has posted some very raw footage of her gruelling gym routine.

The upcoming bride, 53, engaged to billionaire Jeff Bezos, 59, is having the time of her life on social media.

She posted a video of her workout and asked her 300,000 followers a very burning question: “What’s your morning routine before work?”

In the video, she’s seen wearing a crop top and tights while doing what can only be described as vigorous cable pull-downs.

She’d pull down hard, forcing herself into a squat, and then pop up again. Like a glamorous version of a Jack-in-the-box,

In the background, you could also see Bezos working out, but he didn’t seem to be going as hard as Sanchez. In fairness to him … is anyone going as hard as Sanchez?

The mum of three has recently found herself as one-half of what anyone with eyes would call a midlife crisis relationship.

Bezos went from being a private billionaire to being the king of wearing loud shirts and embracing PDA.

The famous pair began dating in 2019 when Jeff Bezos was still married to Mackenzie Bezos, with whom he has one son, Preston Bezos.

Meanwhile, Sanchez was married to powerful Hollywood agent Patrick Whitesell, and the pair had been together for over a decade and shared two children.

The two divorced their respected partners and have been posting about each other on social media ever since.

The famous couple are often seen on yachts together, packing on the PDA and it comes across as a very hot and heavy relationship.

In January, Sanchez took to Instagram to wish Bezos a happy birthday, and the post turned into a no-holds-barred love fest.

“Happy birthday to the man of my dreams, who lights up my world with his laughter and kind heart. You have shown me that no great love is not bravely fought for.

“I am so grateful for the memories we have made and the adventures yet to come. Here’s to many more birthdays filled with love and laughter,” she wrote.

In response, Bezos kept it short and sweet.

“I love you, babe.”

Meanwhile, Sanchez is very active on Instagram; she’ll post a shirtless photo of Bezos and joke, “Is it just me, or is it hot outside?”

Sometimes, she’ll post a selfie of the two and explain the favourite part of her day is when they get to see each other in between his meetings.

She refers to him as her favourite person and posts selfies of the pair with captions like “my heart is full”, or she posts him making some biscuits and claims there is nothing better than seeing him cooking.
