Fitness trainer Tiffiny Hall has posted an impressive ‘playground’ workout

The popular fitness trainer is known for her rock, hard abs and it turns out she works on them in all sorts of places.

Tiffiny Hall has proved there’s a way to use those outdoor play dates to work on your abs.

The 34-year-old mother-of-one and former Biggest Loser trainer gave birth to her son Arnold a year ago — and while keeping fit is part of her job — she shared a video to her Instagram page yesterday showing the best way to incorporate exercise no matter where you are.

As Arnie is happily running around, Hall can be seen jumping on different pieces of play equipment to do some hardcore upper body and core workouts.

“That’s crazy, I would love to have strength like that,” one of her 173,000 Instagram followers said underneath the footage.

“Omg you’re so inspirational..... I’m 4 weeks postpartum so maybe I’ll try these in a months time.”

She continued to get a lot of support from her followers who shared their experiences too: “I’m just walking the dog at the moment for 45-60mins 5-6 days but I’m looking forward to starting some strength training soon!!!! Seeing your little videos inspires me even more to make sure I start!”

Alongside the video, which has been viewed more than 23,00 times, she wrote: “Just a big kid at heart. I love finding new ways to move my body.”

“If you’re heading to the park today give some of these moves a go! It’s fun and you might just get fit in the process.”

She practises what she preaches and does her own workouts, often while son Arnold, 1, is watching her.

“He claps along and thinks that it’s very funny that there are two Mummies: one in front of him and one on the TV.”

These days, Hall, who is married to married to Ed Kavalee, Aussie comedian, radio host and TV personality, devotes her time to the online fitness and wellness program she founded, www.tiffxo.com

“My main motivation is making people feel good about themselves. I post a new workout every day and my members love it because they get personally trained by me and they can work out any time they want to,” she told news.com.au late last year.

But she has also been busy helping out a fellow Aussie with his new fitness app.

In January, Hall she also revealed that she has been working with Chris Hemsworth on the launch of his fitness and wellbeing app CentrFit.

In a tweet she said: “It’s been epic working with @ChrisHemsworth on his incredible program @CentrFit.”

“Chris and @ElsaPataky_’s commitment to spreading health and fitness is seriously inspiring. “I can’t wait for more people to feel like their best selves together with us in 2019.”

Taking to his own Instagram page, Hemsworth posted a very sweaty workout video to promote his new app.

In the caption he revealed it will give people access to the same team of world-class experts in health and wellbeing that he’s been fortunate enough to learn from over the years.

Apart from Hall, it will include the likes of Special Ops trainer Joseph Sakoda AKA “Da Rulk”, Hollywood trainer Gunnar Peterson and Hemsworth’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi.
