Bec Judd reveals the two-hour workout behind her bikini body
She regularly sends fans into a spin with her killer bikini snaps. Now Rebecca Judd has revealed the two-hour weekly workout she swears by.
She’s known for rocking her activewear when out with her kids, to parties with her mates and even to work.
But Rebecca Judd says she’s no gym junkie. In fact, there’s only one reason she has the figure she does — and it’s not down to a gruelling workout routine.
The mum-of-four credits her incredible bikini body to her “good genes”, telling news.com.au despite being a co-owner of a fitness company she only trains for two hours twice a week.
“I am addicted to cardio tennis, I play for two hours twice a week because it’s really fun,” the 36-year-old said. “It’s a total game changer.”
“There’s no serving. It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly.
“It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, ‘Damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left’, whereas usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.”
As well as her two hours of cardio tennis, Bec credits her “good genes” to her age-defying mum, Kerry — who at 57 is regularly mistaken as her sister.
“I posted a photo of me and my mum recently and people called her Australia’s hottest grandma because we look like twins,” she said. “That’s where I get my body shape, me and my sister, we’re just like mum.”
“She’ll push my twins around in the pram and people will come up to her and say, ‘Oh I love your twins, they’re so gorgeous’, and she’ll be like, ‘I’m the grandma’,” Bec added. “People really think they’re hers.”
With every snap Bec shares of the pair, people are quick to point out their likeness.
“Your mum looks like your sister,” one fan wrote recently.
“Actual twins,” another said on a photo of them both at the beach.
One person teased: “You sure that’s your Mumma?”
Despite her great genetics, Bec is open about her love of being active, telling news.com.au she only gets the chance to train twice a week so she has to make it count.
Despite not being able to “find the time to exercise”, the model — who also hosts the 3PM Pick Up on KIIS FM and works in TV — co-owns fitness clothing brand Jaggad.
“Our ethos is life athletics, so live an athletic, healthy life however that looks to you,” she explains. “Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend runner, or you do what you can at home because you’ve got your kids — whatever and whoever, it’s all about your version of active and what works for you.”

Since the activewear brand launched in 2013 — bought by Bec’s husband, former AFL star Chris Judd, and Steven Greene — the brand has grown massively, now selling over 4000 units each month on THE ICONIC.
“In the last couple of years it’s not only performance wear, but it’s also got a really strong fashion edge. We like to keep up with trends, snakeskins, prints etc,” Bec said.
“We’ve been really lucky. Our ranges have been selling out in a couple of hours, and we’re seeing heaps and heaps of people out on the street wearing it.
“It’s such a nice feeling when you’re driving down the street and out the window you see someone wearing it. It’s like, ‘OMG Jaggad, Jaggad, Jaggad’, which is really cool.”
Being a mum and involved with a fitness brand, Bec said her family tried to be healthy.
“I’m not super conscious about what I eat. I’ve got my mum’s genes, so I’m very lucky — it’s just my family’s body type,” she said.
“But having said that, as a mum I aim to eat healthily at home not processed foods, lean meats, fruit and veg, etc.”
However, the famous family — who live in Melbourne — are only human and have their moments too.
“We have Uber Eats twice a week, we have pizza nights. Generally, we try and eat healthily with the odd blowout. And maybe a dessert.”
