IN PREPARATION for Tinsel Town’s biggest night, personal trainer to the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Gerard Butler, Toby Maguire, and Demi Moore has picked his winners for the hottest celebrity bodies of 2014.

“The scrutiny on celebrities during the red carpet season encourages us to take a good look at ourselves and our own health and wellbeing,” Roche says.
“While exercise is absolutely key to ensuring that they look their best, it really all comes down to diet — and yes, this is achievable for everyone at home.
