Woman shares video as she tries on grandmother’s bikini from the ’90s

A TikToker has shared a clip of herself to social media trying on her grandmother’s bikini from the late ’80s to early ’90s, calling it “vintage”.

A woman has shared a clip of herself trying on a bikini from the ’90s with social media users.

Content creator Tyffany was over the moon when her grandmother offered her the vibrant two-piece, and her TikTok followers are loving her in the throwback ensemble, the US Sun reports.

“Listen, I have always wanted to do one of these videos, and I’m so excited because I finally can. But, my mum doesn’t have, like, any of her clothes from the ’80s and ’90s,” she said.

“And if you know, [then] you know what videos I’m talking about. Where they’re, like, ‘My mum gave me her clothes from the early ’80s/early ’90s, to try on’

“My mum doesn’t have any of that stuff left, but if she did I would be wearing it.”

Tyffany went on to say she could finally take part in the “vintage” clothing trend thanks to her grandma, who let her have a hot pink two-piece swimsuit from the late ’80s to early ’90s.

“Let’s try this on,” Tyffany said to viewers before modelling the high-top bikini bottom and top that featured shiny fabric and ribbing.

“It’s so pretty. It’s so pretty,” she said.

Her one gripe with the swimsuit was that she wished the top had adjustable straps so it could fit a bit tighter.

Some viewers in the comments section absolutely loved the look.
