AUSTRALIA'S most internationally recognised fashion name, Collette Dinnigan, hopes her designer delicacies won't get lost in translation at Singapore's renowned fashion fiesta.

AUSTRALIA'S most internationally recognised fashion name, Collette Dinnigan, is hoping her designer delicacies won't get lost in translation.

For the first time, the Sydney based designer will show as part of the renowned Singapore fashion fiesta.

Her penchant for exquisite lace, solid tailoring, red carpet gowns and her more affordable 'diffusion' dresses will no doubt please a discerning clientele.

Over 1000 confirmed guests will include international media, Singapore media, key buyers, VIP clients, A-listers and Westpac Singapore's top 100 private wealth clients.

Collette was invited to show at the Audi Fashion Festival with a stand alone show as she has been recognised as an International designer with a very large following and interest in Asia and in Singapore.

Other International designers who will be showcasing their work include respected U.S label Carolina Herrera, Peter Pilotto from the UK as well as UK label Hussein Chalayan.

Collette is the first and only Australian designer to be invited to show.

This show also comes at a time when the Collette Dinnigan label is rapidly growing in Asia
