Dita Von Teese moves lingerie line from Target to Myer
STRIPTEASE siren Dita Von Teese is heading back to Australia as she changes her Target for her lingerie brand.
STRIPTEASE siren Dita Von Teese has moved her lingerie line from Target to Myer.
Dita Von Teese, the burlesque star, had previously tied with Target to sell her range of lingerie under the Von Follies label in 2012.
Today, Myer announced it had secured an exclusive deal to sell the new range - a "modern reincarnation of classic 1950s elegance'' - in 10 stores from late October.
It's also bringing the provocative performer down for Melbourne Cup day to judge its fashions on the field pageant.

Von Teese herself said she welcomed the up-market retailer's "belief in the collection''.
"Myer have really embraced the more distinctive and risque pieces, so I really respect their sense of adventure ...'' she said in a statement.
However, Von Teese did not touch on the move from Target but said her range has "evolved quite a bit since its beginnings''.
A spokesman for Target told AAP, Von Teese's agreement to sell her range with the retailer had only been valid for a "short period of time'', like all of its Designers For Target ranges.
