After dropping a string of cryptic clues and sparking an online fan theory about her new venture, Abbie Chatfield has finally revealed what it is.

The former Bachelor contestant turned outspoken influencer, podcaster and radio host told her 396,000 followers on Wednesday she was launching her own clothing line called Verbose the Label.

At launch, there will be just five pieces, all made using a ribbed fabric the 26-year-old described as “very me”.

Items include an orange flared jumpsuit with a scooped V-neck, a pink one shoulder dress with a cut out on the hip and a lilac dress with a knot twist.

There’s also a blue pair of flared pants and matching polo top.

“Over 18 months in the making and finally here,” the It’s a Lot host wrote, tagging @verbosethelabel in a series of promotional posts.

Abbie went on to explain everything was available in sizes 6-26 with the collection due to go on sale May 15 at 6pm.

Within minutes, Abbie’s posts had been flooded with comments from followers who labelled the outfits “hot” and “amazing”.

“I’m just gonna buy the whole collection actually,” one said.

While many fans expressed excitement at the announcement, there were some who were definitely not shocked by the news.

After Abbie dropped a series of clues on her social media channel, including a photo of her “grabbing her chest”, fans began speculating what the news could be.

TikTok account Two Broke Chicks, run by friends Alex Hourigan and Sally McMullen, shared a video on Monday claiming the Myer ambassador was about to launch her own clothing line called Verbose the Label – and we now know they were bang on the money.

“Abbie Chatfield is 100 per cent about to launch her own fashion brand. Here’s how we know,” the video, hosted by Alex, began.

The clip goes onto to explain Abbie had posted a number of images of “bright coloured” clothing to her Instagram as well as posts explaining the definition of the word verbose.

Alex also noted Abbie had tagged a newly created Instagram page titled Verbose the Label in one of her posts.

When Alex looked closely at who the fashion brand was following, she made a telling discovery.

“The brand is following one person, and that person is Abbie Chatfield herself, so the queen is about to launch clothing and that is where all my money is going to go.”

Many TikTok users were quick to agree with Alex’s theory, stating they had their “fingers crossed this is true”.

“Pls let this be true,” one wrote, while another said: “Cannot wait!!!!”

“Fingers crossed it’s an inclusive size range!” another added.

While one declared: “And we all know that we are going to be broke.”

Just hours after the fan theory emerged online, Abbie was spotted at a secret photo shoot wearing bright coloured clothing similar to that seen on her socials.

In one snap, Abbie can be seen wearing a mustard yellow pair of bike shorts and a matching crop top.

While in another, she was snapped in a blue two-piece set, her blonde hair styled in voluminous waves.

It’s not Abbie’s first foray into fashion with the influencer having huge success collaborating with other brands.

In January, she released a swimwear line for women with big breasts with swimwear brand RAQ.

She also had a sellout collaboration with lingerie outlet Souszy and created a vibrator with sex toy brand Vush.

Most recently she took her popular radio show on tour, hosting the first A Hot Night With Abbie Chatfield at the Opera House on Saturday to rave reviews.
