The Australian model, who lives in New York with her actor husband Sam Worthington and their three sons, was snapped at a Cronulla beach in the swimsuit, paired with chunky-framed sunglasses. Her iconic bob was slicked back from her face.

The 35-year-old, who rose to fame in the Noughties with the iconic ‘So Where The Bloody Hell Are Ya?’ Tourism Australia advert, spoke last October about her evolving relationship with exercise since becoming a mum.

Worthington criticised the pressure put on women to “bounce back” after having a baby in an interview with Body+Soul, saying she “hates” what the expectation does.

“I have to remind myself that it’s OK that your body is changing, especially after the first [pregnancy],” she said.

“It was really enjoyable for me, especially the first one, because I didn’t know what was ahead. “I hate that term ‘getting your body back’, because I think it’s a nice journey to go on.

“Women’s bodies do incredible things, and I don’t think it should ever be looked at in a negative way … We’re giving life.”

She went on to remind women to be kinder to themselves – especially when it comes to exercising.

“It’s important to not be so hard on yourself, because being a mum is the hardest job in the world,” Worthington said.

“It’s not a one-size-fits-all thing. I was always trying, and am still trying, to find that balance with one, and then two, and then three [kids], and then balancing everything else.

“I think that’s the long-term challenge.”
