Inside Australian fashion brand STAX’s star-studded runway show
Australian model Imogen Anthony turned heads in a racy outfit at a Sydney fashion show, telling fans the lacy crop top “split” in the front row.
Imogen Anthony suffered a wardrobe malfunction while sat front row at a star-studded runway show.
The Australian model attended an intimate event hosted by Australian fashion label STAX. in Sydney’s CBD when she was struck by a relatable fashion moment.
Imogen, who was wearing a cream lace crop top and matching mini skirt that flashed her G-string, took to Instagram to share her plight, writing: “My top split. Oops.”
The 31-year-old also shared a snap of her broken top with her 202,000 followers, revealing she inadvertently flashed more flesh than she bargained for.

However, the slight wardrobe failure didn’t dampen the event, with Kyle Sandilands’ ex posing for a series of snaps in her bold outfit that she’d finished with a pair of fluffy knee-high boots and a fluffy hat.
She wasn’t the only well-known face at the runway show, hosted to showcase the latest collection from STAX which launches October 28 at 9am.
Melbourne influencer Alex Pike flew in for the event – which had a strict “neutrals only” dress code – wearing a cream skirt with an asymmetric top.
She teamed her outfit with a pair of nude strappy heels, a matching clutch and some statement sunnies, which fans labelled “stunning”.
“Smoke show,” one wrote, while another declared: “Gorgeous.”
MAFS star Domenica Calarco, who has previously starred in a campaign for STAX., was also in attendance, wearing a pair of khaki green cargo pants with a white tank top.
The 28-year-old teamed her effortlessly chic outfit with an oversized quilted clutch and gold jewellery.
Former Bachelor star Bella Varelis rocked a pair of cream cargo pants and matching boots with a cow print bustier style top. She was sat beside ex-boyfriend Will Stoke who attended in a high-fashion ensemble, wearing a skin-tight crop top with a pair of black cargo pants that showed off the top of his Calvin Klein undies.
Will, a photographer turned micro-influencer, completed his outfit with a pair of mirrored sunglasses.
Former Sunrise reporter turned beauty entrepreneur Samantha Brett posed for a photo in a blush pink blazer dress with a structured waist detailing.
Sam, who left her TV role to launch her SPF brand Naked Sundays in September last year, finished her look with a pair of clear perspex heels and wore her long blonde hair in flowing loose waves.
Other guests, who all sat front row for the runway show, included Indigenous model Samantha Harris, singer Jack Vidgen and former Love Island contestant Cassidy McGill.
STAX. is owned by Don and Matilda Robertson who launched the brand in their home city of Perth in 2015.
It’s since gone on to experience monumental success, most recently partnering with TikTok royalty Anna Paul to create a limited-edition collection that sold in record amounts.
The couple have always positioned their brand to be inclusive, stocking sizes XXS to 4XL (6-22) – which is why they said partnering with Anna was an “absolute dream come true”.
“Anna spreads a really clear message of empowerment and body positivity and inclusion across men and women,” Matilda told news.com.au previously.
“She is the embodiment and empowerment of a younger generation.”
