Addison Rae wears her most wild outfit yet

A Gen Z star has stepped out in a very wild and risque outfit, with the photos sparking immediate divide online.

Addison Rae is celebrating the release of her new song Aquamarine in her most outrageous outfit yet.

The 24-year-old wore aqua blue stockings, white G-string underwear, a bra, a faux fur shawl and giant white oversized sunglasses.

A crucial detail is that her bra looks like seashells. Get it? She’s gone full Little Mermaid because of her single.

She paired the outfit with an oversized tote bag, the kind Paris Hilton used to rock in the early 2000s when Kim Kardashian was her employee.

She was looking equal parts wacky and gorgeous.

Rae wore this outfit, not to a nightclub, but to an Italian restaurant, and her mate matched her style by wearing stockings, an oversized coat and a bra – that is it.

The pair were looking fabulous.

It is rare to see a Gen Zer have such fun with fashion. Usually, they become famous, get a stylist, and always look great and there is rarely an outfit worth discussing.

Rae’s outfit immediately went viral, and people were divided.

The 24-year-old singer was beaming as she exited the restaurant.

Rae just dropped her second single, ‘Aquamarine’, which is already going viral online. This is after the success of her first pop single, ‘Diet Pepsi’.

Rae is a relatively new pop star, but she’s certainly making a big impression. Not only is her music getting critical acclaim, but her outfits keep going viral.

She got her start on TikTok, where she posted videos of herself dancing and became the fifth most followed person on the app, with over 80 million followers.

She then went mainstream by starring in the Netflix remake of She’s All That, creatively titled He’s All That.

From there, she pivoted and launched her pop career, and she released her single ‘Diet Pepsi’, which saw her debut on the Billboard Hot 100.

She’s also been very trendy and has a gaggle of cool new mates. She’s often seen with Troye Sivan and Charli XCX.

When she first rose to fame, Rae had a much more low-key, girl-next-door style.

She would often be seen wearing jeans and crop tops, which were fashionable outfits but nothing wild.

Since she launched her pop career, though, she’s started mixing things up and wearing outlandish, fun outfits that start conversations.

The fashion overhaul has been so drastic that she recently confirmed in an interview that it wasn’t the work of a savvy PR team but rather just the fashion she feels like embracing at the moment.

She cited Britney Spears as one of her fashion icons.
