Martha Kalifatidis has no problem flaunting her incredible body on Instagram, revealing to her ‘husband’ she’s cosmetically enhanced.

The 30-year-old Married At First Sight star has admitted to having a nose and boob job, Botox and fillers in her quest for physical perfection.

“I like to look good and whatever it takes so I’ve definitely had some plastic surgery,” she told her husband in a recent episode of the popular reality show.
