Boots No 7 to launch in Australia at Priceline stores on Thursday

A UK skincare brand that has only been sold in one British beauty store for more than 80 years is now available in Australia.

Cult British skincare brand launches in Priceline

After being sold exclusively in the UK for more than 80 years, a cult British skincare brand is launching in Australia.

Affordable UK beauty brand No7 will be available in more than 470 Priceline stores across Australia from August 12.

The range includes 42 products from $19.99 to $61.99 in price, including the cult favourite No7 Advanced Retinol 1.5% Complex Night Concentrate which recently launched in the UK to a waiting list of 100,000 people.

The award-winning cosmetics brand was launched by British health and beauty retailer Boots in 1935. It is now used by millions of people worldwide and sales stats that rank it as the number one skincare brand in the UK.

Priceline Pharmacy general manager Andrew Vidler said bringing No7 to budget conscious Australian shoppers was extremely “exciting”.

“It’s fitting that No7 – an iconic, global brand – is launching in Priceline, Australia’s most iconic health and beauty retailer,” he said.

“Our buyers scour the globe looking for products and brands that women will love, and we’re excited to exclusively bring skincare royalty to our customers.”

The Australian launch comes on the heels of No7’s expansion into Walgreen stores in the US in April.

At the time, reps from No7 said “empowering women” was at the heart of the brand, and shared three goals in its pledge to be a more sustainable beauty company.

The brand’s anti-ageing products are highly acclaimed and are formulated following advance testing and years of studies.

Head of science research at No7, Dr Mike Bell, said it’s this that “sets the brand apart” from other skincare companies.

“The level of scientific research and the proof that supports our products, specifically our world-famous serums, is what sets No7 apart,” Dr Bell said.
