R&B singer Usher has quickly found a buyer for his Hollywood Hills home after it hit the market the market a few weeks ago.
Famous R&B singer Usher hasmade quick work moving on from his $US3.8m ($A5.6m) LA mansion after it hit the market a few weeks ago.
The singer-songwriter purchased the five-bedroom property in 2022 for $US3.4m, according to Realtor.
Situated in Hollywood Hills, the swanky home has a star-studded history, with previous owners including actor Jared Leto, model Cara Delevingne and her sister Poppy Delevingne.

The two-level abode features a home theatre, a spacious gaming room, two bars, and another room that could be a recording studio.
The balcony overlooks the backyard, which has a large pool with a spa, a fire pit, and a grill station.
A dining deck, a two-car garage, and parking for two more vehicles complete the package.

Dubbed by some music critics as the King of R&B, Usher has sold over 100 million albums worldwide. His success has made him one of the best-selling music artists of all time.
The pop star has won eight Grammys, 12 Soul Train Music Awards, and eight American Music Awards. He performed this year’s Super Bowl halftime show in Las Vegas.
Usher is currently on tour, with upcoming spots scheduled in US cities Atlanta, Washington, DC, and Boston.
